Hi there! I'm Alice (she/her). As a therapist, I'm dedicated to creating a safe and empowering space where you can be your authentic self, free from judgment. My focus areas include LGBTQIA+ mental health, women’s mental health, grief, anxiety, and ADHD. My goal is to work collaboratively to reach your objectives and enhance your overall well-being.

Life can be a challenging journey, and I'm here to offer compassion and guidance along the road. I'm committed to providing gender-affirming, trauma-informed care. My approach is client-centered and rooted in humanism, and I utilize various theoretical approaches to cater to each individual's unique needs. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all!
