Therapy can feel scary, overwhelming, and foreign. My role is to help you feel comfortable and empowered in your mental health journey. I specialize in working with people who are new to therapy, hesitant to begin therapy, or have experienced mistrust in past therapeutic relationships. The privilege of hearing many unique experiences in the world has molded me into a non-judgemental and client-centered therapist. I pride myself on my ethics and my impeccable ability to guide clients through change by strengthening the therapeutic relationship. Using a client-centered model, sessions may consist of trauma-informed talk therapy, utilizing grounding techniques, attachment exploration, and expressive techniques. I am trained in EMDR, utilize CBT and DBT techniques, as well as pull from IFS and somatic modalities. We will work together to tailor your sessions to meet you where you are at and reach your goals.
