I’m Alisa (ah-lee-sah), a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and/or grief. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps people process and recover from traumatic memories. EMDR can be especially helpful for those experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and distress related to past experiences. In addition, I incorporate other approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, depending on what best supports you and your goals.

Everyone’s needs are different, and therapy should reflect that. My goal is to help you feel more empowered and regain a sense of control in your life. I take a warm, open-minded approach while also helping you better understand yourself and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

If you're ready to make meaningful changes or simply want a space to explore what's been weighing on you, I look forward to working with you and supporting you in reaching your goals.
