Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Online Therapy
License #1490219969 years of experienceAges 18–75

My clients have described me as compassionate and easy to talk to. My goal as a therapist is to equip my clients with the appropriate tools to take on life's challenges. Utilizing an integrative and collaborative approach, I work as a guide to support my clients in navigating problems and reaching their goals . I believe that our background, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, religious beliefs, and trauma history tell a unique story about who we are. It is important to me to consider my client's lived experience in the therapeutic process. I pride myself on providing a non-judgemental, safe space for clients to express themselves. It is my joy to support my clients in gaining self-awareness, navigating their relationships, improving their mood, processing their past experiences, and reaching their optimal potential.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned my Master's degree at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. I have over five years of experience working with adults, youth, and couples to manage concerns related to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflicts, mood disorders, phase of life concerns, and behavioral problems.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
