Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Life can be challenging. When life gets tough, it is likely to influence how you feel and how you react. You may feel overwhelmed in a way that makes it difficult to make decisions, take action, or feel motivated. Or you may be overwhelmed with emotions you don't know what to do with. Talking with a therapist you can connect with can help look at your challenges in a new way and help you move forward to overcome life's difficulties.
I enjoy helping others learn and grow from the challenges they face, starting with the strengths they already have. I have years of experience helping others, particularly with chronic health issues, substance use, depression, and anxiety. I use a strength-based approach, along with other treatment styles, to provide an individualized approach to those I work with.
