My approach to therapy is to understand why we do what we do in a curious and nonjudgemental way. Often, we find ourselves in repeating patterns in relationships or with our own behaviors, and struggle to understand why it keeps happening. This can be frustrating and confusing. What we have been through matters and informs our choices today.  Having a space to process these patterns and understand their role in our lives is empowering and can lead to more lasting changes. 

There are no one size fits all treatment approaches. Over the last 19 years, I have had the opportunity to work with a number of therapeutic approaches.  I incorporate additional somatic interventions and grounding skills with breath work, mindfulness and sensory engagement for healing of mind, body and spirit. These approaches combine with the therapeutic relationship assist in coping and healing from anxiety, depression, addiction issues and relationship concerns. I want to help you achieve your goals in increasing satisfaction in your daily life and relationships.
