Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Life is always changing. It can be hard to navigate transitions and it takes courage to reach out and ask for help. I believe in a client centered, collaborative, solution-focused approach: empowering my clients to see their choices, potential, and value.
I have been providing therapy services for over 30 years and have experience working with a wide range of issues: anxiety, stress, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, parenting, adjustment issues, women's issues, work stressors, family conflicts, medical concerns, assertiveness/ empowerment etc.
I have always had a strong interest in the mind-body connection. I studied hypnosis for many years and am expanding now to EFT certifications/energy psychology. I regularly utilize mindfulness techniques as well. I believe that finding balance and wellness involves treating and respecting the "whole' person; emotionally, mentally, physically & spiritually.
