I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of Wayne State University, where I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, chronic worry, negative self‑talk, low self‑esteem, stress management, trauma, grief and loss, infertility, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and other strength‑based and solution‑focused techniques to help you build insight and create meaningful, sustainable change.
