I have more than 20 years of experience working in the mental health field with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Over the course of my career, I have had extensive experience working with people coping with a variety of mental health disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, parenting, and family issues. My approach to therapy is person-centered and I believe that each person's individual journey is a process. Therapy is not to give the answers, but to help each person find their own answers.
