I strongly believe that parents/guardians know their family best. My goal is to help you and your child gain confidence, improve moods and feel better overall.

I specialize in both individual and family therapy with over 16 years of experience. I believe looking at the whole child is essential in this work. Each child has their own story, history and needs and together we work to identify who they are, where they want to go and how to best to work towards those goals.

My areas of expertise include the following: self-harming thoughts, self-harming behaviors, crisis planning, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, etc. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental and safe space to discuss hard things.
