Are you often overwhelmed with school, work, family, or life in general? You are not alone and with a little help you can begin to see the light that will guide you on this journey. I'm happy to join and walk along side you. I have 5+ years experience working to help adults of all ages navigate depression, anxiety, and many other life transitions. I have extensive training and experience working with individuals on their darkest days, when their thoughts become too much to bare or leave them feeling afraid of themselves. Together we will explore what is troubling you, the strengths you possess, and build upon those to arm you with tools that will help you when times are tough. For you, I'll be a nonjudgemental ear and together we'll work to leave you feeling prepared to tackle each day.
