Licensed Professional Counselor
Welcome. Do you often feel anxious, stressed, or keyed up? Is it difficult to manage your worries, constantly feeling stuck in your head while wishing you could be fully present and enjoy your life to the fullest? I’d love to help make that wish a reality by providing counseling that is uniquely tailored to help you reduce, manage and heal from your anxiety symptoms. Whether you experience generalized anxiety, obsessions and compulsions, or are simply a chronic worrier, I can help!
My goal is to help teen girls and women of all ages feel empowered and equipped to tackle their anxiety symptoms and live more abundant lives. While anxiety is my primary specialty, I also have a passion for grief counseling as well as clients seeking couples counseling or premarital counseling. I am certified in SYMBIS premarital counseling and Hope-Focused Couples Counseling. I look forward to journeying alongside you!
