I have over 10 years of experience working with adults, and assisting with learning better ways of communicating, understanding emotions, and building healthy relationships. I provide therapeutic services in a space that is geared toward allowing you to feel safe to share anything. I focus specifically on your present needs by gathering history, utilizing person-centered planning to guarantee that you are in control of your therapy, and teaching skills that you feel you can take home and use in your day-to-day life.

My services focus areas include managing the stressors that arise from our constantly evolving personal and professional relationships by addressing anxiety, depression, self-confidence, trauma, and grief.
