Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in trauma recovery and relational healing. I take a trauma-informed, systemic approach that integrates Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (amongst other modalities). I work with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, including adolescents, adults, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ clients.

My areas of focus include trauma, self-esteem, ADHD, relationships, and life transitions. With experience in safety planning and crisis stabilization, I help clients find grounding in moments of distress.

If you are feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, struggling to manage emotions, or longing to improve your relationships, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your emotions, process past experiences, and create meaningful change toward a healthier, more connected life.
