Licensed Master Clinical Social Worker
Hi, I'm Ashley. I have a Master's degree in Social Work from Wayne State University and specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I primarily work with teens, college students, and young adults, offering a calm and supportive space to explore emotions, navigate life transitions, and build practical coping skills.
For teens, therapy may focus on managing strong emotions, building confidence, navigating school and peer relationships, improving communication, and developing healthy ways to cope with stress. For college students and young adults, our work may involve adjusting to increased independence, managing academic or social pressures, navigating relationships, and working through uncertainty about the future.
My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I focus on helping you better understand yourself, strengthen coping strategies, work through challenges, and feel more confident navigating everyday life.
