Ashley Winkie, LMSW
Licensed Master Social Worker
Hello and welcome!
My name is Ashley, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW) with five years of experience supporting individuals through life’s many ups and downs. It’s been a true privilege to work with people from all walks of life, each bringing their own story, strength, and goals into the therapy space. I’ve spent several years working closely with adolescents, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, trusting environment where meaningful growth can happen.
My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, compassion, and collaboration. I truly believe that we all have the ability to grow and heal, and I’m here to walk alongside you on that journey—offering encouragement, reflection, and support as you find your way forward.
If you’re navigating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, childhood trauma, or major life transitions, talk therapy can offer a space of comfort and clarity. Together, we’ll work on finding moments of calm and building tools to respond to life with intention and self-awareness.
I’m honored to be part of your journey and look forward to getting to know you.
