Hello! I’m glad you are here!

I’m a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Michigan. I earned my Master’s degree from Michigan State University and have been supporting individuals and families for the past nine years.

I work with adults, caregivers, and children. I do this by providing support that fosters growth, healing, and connection. With children and caregivers, I focus on strengthening their relationship and building regulation and understanding together. I support teens in navigating the challenges that come with adolescence, including school, peer relationships, and new experiences. For adults, I offer support through life transitions, life experiences, relationship challenges and the journey toward creating the life you envision.

Therapy is not just for the moments where everything feels too heavy to carry. It can also be for the moments where you need an extra person to help untangle the things that come up in life.

My specialties include Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT: kids age 6-17), Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist and Motivational Interviewing.
