I am a Nationally Certified Professional Licensed Counselor with years of experience working with teens, and individuals. I understand that seeking help can be a difficult and vulnerable process. Therefore, I use a compassionate, educational, and individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that you are unique and require a tailored approach.

My aim is to work with you to create a plan to help you achieve your mental health goals, so that you can experience a greater sense of well-being and fulfillment. To this end, I offer a non-judgmental and safe space where you can find solutions, learn, and grow as you work towards reaching these goals. This is a personal and developmental process, and my role is to guide you every step of the way.

During sessions, I use various therapeutic approaches to assist with managing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, aging, major life changes, ADHD, self-injurious behaviors, and more. Additionally, I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)- informed treatment for adolescents and certified in trauma treatment.
