From childhood trauma to toxic relationships, I have over 25 years of experience in helping identify, treat, and find healing while working toward resolution of past and present struggles. Using evidence-based methods including EMDR, Clinical Hypnosis, CBT, and other methods, my goal is to help you move forward with insight and to live a life of intention.

My practice is trauma informed, inclusive of all identities and influenced by years of work across a variety of settings. Helping to ease symptoms while discovering the origins of unhealthy behavior is the beginning of healing. Prioritizing an effective, safe and therapeutic connection is essential and I am committed to walking with you on this journey.
