Welcome! Change can be scary, but it can also be the beginning of something powerful. Whether you're navigating a difficult decision, working through trauma or grief, addressing addiction, or simply looking for a safe and supportive space to talk, you've found the right place.
In our sessions, you are safe. You’re welcome to laugh, cry, be silent, speak freely, even vent or curse if you need to (as long as we maintain mutual respect). This is your space to show up exactly as you are. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader, but I’ll also be honest and direct when needed, because growth comes from both encouragement and truth. My background began in academics, where I loved guiding individuals to discover who they are and what they truly want out of life. I believe it's never too late to change direction or redefine your purpose—at any age.
In addition to my academic roots, I bring significant experience in addiction therapy, offering both empathy and evidence-based tools to support your journey.
My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, meaning you take the lead in setting the pace and the goals. I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help you work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Wherever you are on your path, I’m here to walk alongside you.
