Hello! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I'm a Master's-licensed psychologist based in Michigan with 19 years of experience working in both public and private practice. I’m also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate challenges related to addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting, and bipolar disorder.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first step towards change.
