Britt Fishman, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Welcome! Choosing to begin therapy is a powerful and courageous step toward caring for yourself. It’s the beginning of creating a more fulfilling life and building healthy, balanced relationships.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, infertility, depression, relationship challenges, family dynamics, and major life transitions. I also proudly support LGBTQIA+ clients and provide gender-affirming care.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe in meeting you where you are and building on your strengths, resources, and support systems to help you grow and thrive. I generally like to use an Attachment-based approach, as well as using elements of Cognitive-Behavioral therapy and the Neuroaffective Relational Model. I provide a safe space to process feelings, yet I also feel one of my roles is to help the client hold themselves accountable, when it makes sense.
