Caitlin Myers, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
My name is Caitlin Myers, and I am dedicated to offering you the highest level of care as we embark on this transformative process together. Creating a safe and open environment where you can authentically express yourself is my commitment to you. In our sessions, we will focus on cultivating self-discovery and embracing change, working towards building a more positive and fulfilling life. In our sessions, I value your autonomy and unique objectives. As your therapist, I will guide and reflect based on your individual needs. I utilize various evidence-based modalities and value an integrated approach, all viewed through a trauma-informed lens. Recognizing that a one-size-fits-all model is ineffective, I firmly believe in tailoring therapy to meet your specific needs. Together, we will explore strategies and interventions that are most supportive for you.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Illinois, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to our therapeutic relationship. Throughout my career, I have worked in Community Mental Health, specializing in Neurodivergent affirming therapy while they process change. My passion for Community Mental Health has led me to gain further specialization in trauma, anxiety, OCD, and neurodivergence such as ADHD and Autism.
Together, we can navigate challenges, promote healing, and foster personal growth. I look forward to partnering with you on this transformative path.
