After more than 25 years of treatment experience, I have helped those with mental health disorders, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, Post traumatic stress disorder, narcissism, schizophrenia, and several others. I have done individual sessions, and facilitated intensive outpatient groups and relapse prevention groups for those suffering from addiction difficulties. I also work with couples for marital/ couples therapy to improve their marriages/relationships. I have worked with children and teenagers to help them with life adjustments or abuse in their childhoods. I am highly experienced in geriatric counseling.
