Licensed Master Social Worker
Welcome! With over 20+ years of experience in social work, I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. My trauma-informed approach blends motivational interviewing, CBT, and psychodynamic theory to offer a compassionate, personalized path toward healing.
I work with people of all gender identities, honoring each person’s story and lived experience. I truly believe that you are the expert in your life, and my role is to support you in discovering solutions that feel right and empowering.
My specialties include ERP (exposure and response prevention) for OCD and anxiety disorders. I also treat depression with behavioral activation therapy. I often incorporate mindfulness and self-care practices into treatment to help build resilience and restore balance. Whether you’re going through a period of change or looking to strengthen your emotional well-being, I’m here to provide a safe, collaborative space where healing and growth can unfold.
