I have had a passion for mental health counseling since I was young. I have always been curious about how people think and feel and what impacts their mental health both negatively and positively. I empathize with those who are struggling, and I naturally want to support them in overcoming everyday challenges. I have always provided an ear to those who are looking for direction and in pain. I take pride in providing a safe space for others to open up and begin their journey to a more happy and healthy life!

I have over 15 years' experience working with children and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma and various other mental health challenges. I am a certified trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapist and am passionate about helping others overcome trauma and live their best lives.
