Hello! My name is Cassandra (Cassie). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked with a wide range of clients from young children to adults and families. My goal as a counselor is to provide you with a safe and compassionate space where you can find peace, healing, and hope. While this journey is yours, you do not have to face it alone. I emphasize learning about and normalizing mental health challenges, gaining self-awareness, social, and cultural strengths to foster greater emotional well-being.

I believe that each individual is unique and special; therefore, I prefer an eclectic and collaborative approach to counseling; developing the treatment plan to reflect your unique needs. In addition to Trauma-Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), I often utilize strengths-based, person-centered, and cognitive-behavioral methods. I am also trained in aspects of Theraplay.
