Hello. I am passionate about working with adults to calm anxiety, reduce depression, and process trauma, while also assisting clients to cope with grief and loss, relationship issues, anger management, chronic pain/ health issues and nervous system regulation. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of assisting clients to reach their goals. In my work I provide a welcoming, supportive and non- judgmental environment for therapy. My collaborative approach to therapy includes cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, internal systems, and poly vagal techniques. I work from a strengths based, holistic approach, valuing the entirety of the person. I also have specialized yoga and health training that compliment my work within mental health.
