I have worked in the mental health field for 12 years and utilize different therapy techniques including EMDR. I have experience in a wide range of mental health areas but have the most experience in working with PTSD and complex childhood trauma, the LGBTQ+ population, as well as personality disorders.

As a person, I am open-minded, direct, and solution-focused. I carry these traits over into our sessions which I believe helps my clients and I to build a good rapport quickly and work together to navigate the ups and downs of life. I have worked with people from all walks of life (try and surprise me!) and want to help you be the best version of YOU you can be.
