Life inevitably brings challenges, and navigating those seasons alone can feel overwhelming. As a counselor, my role is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to work through life’s ups and downs. I am passionate about helping individuals process difficult thoughts and emotions that contribute to pain, stress, and frustration, and guiding them toward healthier ways of coping and healing.

Choosing to begin counseling is a meaningful and courageous step. It is important to have a counselor who listens without judgment, offers genuine compassion, and walks alongside you during difficult times. I strive to create a safe, approachable, and supportive environment where you can experience relief, growth, and a renewed sense of peace. When desired, I also integrate Christian perspectives into therapy, respecting each client’s personal faith and values.

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2009, with 17 years of experience across school counseling and clinical settings. This diverse background has allowed me to work with individuals facing a wide range of concerns. I have a particular passion for supporting women who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting challenges, and stress management.

My therapeutic approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on understanding how thoughts influence emotions, physical responses, and behaviors. By identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns, clients can experience meaningful and lasting emotional change. I also incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy, a future-oriented and goal-directed approach that emphasizes strengths and practical solutions rather than remaining focused on past problems.

Together, we will work to help you develop effective strategies, build resilience, and move forward with confidence and hope.
