Depression. Anxiety. Low self esteem. Codependency. Toxic relationships. Sounds familiar, right? These are common complaints, and no escaping the deeply human struggles we all experience. While I treat these conditions, I’m also passionate about treating the underlying causes.
In over 10 years of clinical work, I have found over and over that the root cause of these common complaints always come back to the same issues- Self-loathing. Self-doubt. Self-judgment. Shame. Perfectionism.
I have to come to understand that at the core of human suffering, there is an ongoing battle about your identity, worth, and value. Are you good enough? Are you worthy? Can you trust yourself? Who are you, really?
Are you ready to dig into these core issues? Maybe you want to like yourself more, stop judging everyone around you (including yourself!), or not doubt every decision you make. Maybe that’s reason you are seeking therapy now. And if you are, I’m so excited to work with you.
