I have a decade of experience treating Anxiety, mood disorders like Depression, adjustment difficulties, relationship issues, Grief and Loss, as well as Substance Use. At Wayne State University, I studied Family Systems but as a mother I have firsthand experience with child development. I also have advanced training in managing responses to traumatic events as well as chronic pain. My special interests include women's issues, being an ally, hormones and sleep disturbance.
