Therapy isn't for the weak. It requires dedication, vulnerability, self-reflection, and perseverance. There will be times it feels like things are getting worse, and times where you feel uncomfortable and want to quit.

These are the times I want to sit with you. I want to be there as you gain insight into yourself and what you need to heal and be mentally well.

I want to facilitate confidence in the discomfort, leaning into the unknown, trusting that it will help you grow in the ways necessary for measurable change. We can do that together.

Therapy is not easy, but it is worth it. And so are you.
