Christopher Urbanik, Ph.D., LP

Dr. Urbanik is a fully licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and the effects of prolonged stress or burnout. He is particularly well-suited for individuals who are functioning in demanding roles but feeling internally strained, emotionally fatigued, or out of balance over time.

His style is collaborative, grounded, and practical. Dr. Urbanik works best with clients who value regular attendance and active participation in therapy, and who want sessions to be both reflective and useful in daily life. Dr. Urbanik earned his doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Wayne State University and has trained and practiced in hospital, trauma center, and community mental health settings.
