My infertility treatment journey drew me to counseling and to specialize in fertility and family building for all populations: couples, singles as Allied Health Professional of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.

My approaches include: models of wellness, narrative, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, feminist, dialectical, and cognitive behavioral. My Certification as a Gottman Level 1 Couples Counselor. builds on Couples and Family classwork.

Additional trainings include: Preventing Trauma and PTSD with industry leader Bessel van der Kolk, Motivational Interviewing training from Dr. William Miller, and Grief/Loss.
