Licensed Master Social Worker
Feeling sad, fearful, unhappy, or just not ok, are common; know you are not alone with struggles of mental health. Right now things may feel overwhelming leading to increases in anxiety, depression, and stress; taking away from the enjoyment of you life. My goal in therapy is to help with that. I want to help my clients reach personal fulfillment and to achieve a life worth living because you are deserving of that.
I adapt a person-centered approach, meaning, we will work collaboratively on therapy goals. I utilize a variety of therapy approaches, including, CBT, DBT, CPT, positive psychology, and Motivational Interviewing within a warm, welcoming, judgement-free space.
I started social work practice in 2016 after graduating with my Bachelors of Social Work. Later I went on to graduate with my Master of Social Work in 2020 launching my career as a therapist.
