I believe an effective component of therapy is knowing that you have someone who is truly in your corner. This is why I strive to create a supportive space where you feel seen and understood—a place to safely wrestle with feelings, explore options, and gain clarity. I use a comprehensive approach borrowing from various therapeutic modalities to ensure that we keep in mind where you come from as we try and remove the obstacles standing in the way of who you want to become.

Am I a good match for your needs? If you are between the ages of 16-102 years of age and need help navigating life adjustments, career, anxiety, depression, grief, or substance use, I will be a great option for you. I am also especially equipped to help those in law enforcement and their families, caregivers, and those navigating a “third culture” (immigrants, international students, etc.). I offer services in Hebrew and Spanish as well.
