Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Hello! I’ve had the honor of working in the mental health field for over 25 years. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Work and a minor in Psychology from UW-Stevens Point, and earned my Master’s of Social Work from Florida State University. I’ve been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin since 2004.
I’m certified in Narrative Attachment Therapy and have a deep passion for working with attachment-related concerns. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals across the lifespan—from young children as young as 3 or 4, to older adults well into their 90s. I work with children, teens, adults of all genders, and feel equally comfortable supporting individuals, couples, and groups.
My approach is flexible and tailored to each person's needs. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Behavioral Techniques, Mindfulness practices, and Motivational Interviewing, among others. I believe in using whatever methods are the best fit for the individual.
I have experience working with a wide range of concerns—from severe and persistent mental illnesses such as Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Reactive Attachment Disorder, and PTSD, to physical health challenges that impact mental well-being. I also support clients managing mild to moderate Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, ODD, and other diagnoses, both in children and adults.
Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.
