I prioritize a person-centered, holistic approach, ensuring our treatment plan supports your specific needs and goals.

In my practice, I have supported my clients by navigating many issues, including: Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss (including pet loss), Past Trauma, ADHD, Relationship Concerns, Work Issues, and more. I welcome individuals and couples from all walks of life to my practice.
