I am dedicated to helping you reach your therapeutic goals and have worked extensively with adults suffering from anxiety and depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions and social anxiety.

There is no substitute for life experience. As a wife, mother of three children and educator, I understand the challenges facing many people today. With my experience and education I trust that we can work collaboratively to uncover the perceptions, beliefs and/or emotions that may be limiting the quality of your life.
