Therapy can be an intimidating journey at times… As your therapist, I view myself as a gentle guide, helping you along your path to wellness. I provide outpatient therapy to individuals ages 11 and older, as well as couples and families, with diverse backgrounds and presenting problems.
My graduate training at the University of Rhode Island provided opportunities to learn a broad range of treatment approaches and clinical skills. Since I began my clinical work, 15+ years ago, I’ve had the privilege to build expertise in treatment of ADHD and other neurodevelopmental disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorder and other addictions, as well as trauma-and stressor-related disorders.
My goal is to meet you where you’re at and walk alongside you on your journey. I look forward to working with you soon!
