I approach my work as a psychologist with the belief that meaningful change comes from both insight and action. My role is not simply to listen, but to help individuals understand the patterns that shape their lives and develop practical strategies to move forward.

My clinical experience spans work in high-acuity environments, including inpatient and forensic settings, as well as outpatient private practice. This has given me a strong foundation in assessing complex presentations and supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. I also have experience working with individuals involved in systems such as corrections and community mental health, which informs a structured, realistic, and accountability-based approach to treatment.

In therapy, I prioritize clarity, collaboration, and respect. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, but also appropriately challenged. My style is direct and goal-oriented, while still being supportive and grounded in empathy. I integrate evidence-based approaches with practical problem-solving, helping you not only process your experiences but also build skills you can apply in your daily life.

I also bring experience in psychological assessment and behavioral intervention, which allows me to look beyond surface-level symptoms and identify underlying factors that may be maintaining difficulties.
