Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Therapy, at its best, can lead to emotional freedom. I believe healing looks different for every person, which is why my approach is grounded in curiosity and collaboration. My work is trauma-informed and shaped by the unique experiences, strengths, and needs each client brings into the room.
I strive to create a space where people feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported as they navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. Drawing from evidence-based practices while person-centered, I work alongside clients to help them build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and authentic.
I bring experience in crisis intervention, group therapy, and individual psychotherapy, and I aim to meet each client with steadiness, compassion, and authenticity throughout the therapeutic process.
