Elizabeth Gotberg, LMSW

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here! Taking the first step to healing and feeling seen is a big one. My approach to therapy can be likened to walking alongside you in your journey of seeking a fulfilling, thriving life.

I work with children, teens, and adults (ages 5-40) navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, managing relationships, trauma, and everyday stressors.

I have training in using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing. As your therapist, we'll work together to build goals to help meet your needs while incorporating coping skills into your daily routine to improve functioning.

Life can be hard but you don't have to figure it out alone. I look forward to hearing from you. I'm available for in-person or Telehealth sessions on Mondays and Thursdays. You can schedule with me by calling the office or booking online.
