Licensed Master Social Worker
Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.
Difficult experiences, trauma, and stressful life transitions can shape the way we see ourselves, connect with others, and experience the world around us. Over time, the ways we learn to cope can leave us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. This might show up as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, difficulty setting boundaries, people-pleasing, or feeling unsure of how to move forward.
I enjoy working with individuals who want to better understand themselves and the experiences that have shaped them. When working with children, I focus on processing challenges as they arise, building healthy coping skills, and developing positive beliefs about themselves and the world around them. With older adolescents and adults, we explore how early relationships and life experiences continue to influence the way they respond in their relationships, at work, and in the relationship they have with themselves. Together, we build emotional awareness, develop new ways of responding, and strengthen the skills needed to create healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and an interpersonal process approach. I believe our therapeutic relationship can provide a safe space to recognize patterns, deepen self-understanding, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Whether we connect through conversation or creative approaches such as art or play, I’m here to walk alongside you through trauma, life transitions, and the challenges that come with change. I would be honored to be part of your journey.
I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
