Welcome! Are you experiencing stress or anxiety? Going through a personal growth journey? Navigating adjustments such as a career change, relationship shift, move, or coping with loss? My goal is to come alongside you to help you navigate these challenges and opportunities so that you can feel grounded and confident in the unique individual that you are.

I am a clinical social worker who, as a late-realized neurodiverse person myself, works to create a safe, affirming place for neurodiverse, LGBTQIA+, and otherwise marginalized folx. I work collaboratively with you to develop your goals and a treatment plan. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities based upon your personal strengths and needs, which could include DBT, Mindfulness, IFS, CBT, as well as incorporating somatic, sensory-based interventions and executive functioning skills.

I look forward to working with you in your journey toward a positive and fulfilling life path.
