Licensed Master Social Worker
Welcome, I am so glad you are here. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and expressing what they are going through. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and having a safe space dedicated to reflection and personal growth can lead to healing and a more meaningful, manageable life.
I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate life transitions and everyday stressors. Whether you are adjusting to parenthood, managing anxiety or ADHD, facing a life change, or simply hoping to live a more intentional and less stressful life, I am here to support you through the process.
With 10 years of experience working in the school system, I understand many of the challenges that children, teens, and parents face in today’s world. I have experience supporting youth who experience ADHD, school avoidance, anxiety and depression. I enjoy providing a safe space for them to be themselves and develop skills to navigate the many transitions youth experience.
The relationship I build with each client is deeply important to me, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people as they move through healing, growth, and self-discovery. My approach is strength-based and person-centered, drawing from modalities such as CBT, DBT and mindfulness to help clients build insight and confidence in themselves and their ability to be who they want to be.
Please feel free to reach out for a 15 minute phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit, I'd be honored to connect with you and support your journey!
