I strongly believe in meeting people where they are, and I feel that my person-centered approach is important in building a strong and productive therapeutic relationship.



I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, addiction issues, and difficulties coping with everyday life challenges. I integrate techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing to help individuals work toward meaningful and lasting change. During our sessions, you are safe and free to come exactly as you are. Wherever you are on your path, I will be there to work alongside you and support you on your personal journey.
