My goal as a counselor is to provide you with a safe and compassionate space where you can find peace, healing, and hope. While this journey is yours, you do not have to face it alone.

I believe that each person is unique and special; therefor I prefer an eclectic and collaborative approach to counseling; basing your therapy journey on your specific needs. I have specialized training in EMDR therapy, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (commonly known as postpartum depression/anxiety/etc), and often use strengths-based, person-centered, parts work, attachment based & cognitive behavioral methods.
