Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Syracuse University.
I have had the pleasure of working with adults living with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, acute/chronic stress, ADHD, OCD, identity and self-esteem issues, life transitions, grief, and relationship problems. I also have a special interest in supporting those navigating challenges and joys unique to the LGBTQ+ community.
To meet clients' diverse needs, I use Person Centered Therapy, CBT, and Mindfulness approaches.
I believe that building a strong working relationship based in empathy and trust is essential in therapy. By setting clear treatment goals, communicating often about progress, and making space for both skill building and deep reflection, I strive to help the people I work with achieve long-lasting change that aligns with their needs and values.
